Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio and the Meningitis ACWY vaccinations delivered at school
Dear Parent/Guardians of Year 10 and 11 Students
These vaccinations are routinely offered to children in Year 9, in line with the national vaccination schedule, however many children were unable to access them during the Covid pandemic, often due to school closures or illness.
If your child did not receive their vaccination/s, our team will be returning to your child’s school on: Tuesday 14th March 2023.
If you have already completed a consent then the vaccination will be offered on this date. Please advise us on the number below if they have already received it elsewhere.
If you have not yet completed a consent, please contact the team on the number below who will check their records and support with completing a consent if required.
