Activation Letter
We wanted to make Year 7 parents aware that unfortunately for some reason the salutation on any Parent Pay letters will not include Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms, only the surname i.e. Dear Gaunt, which sounds incredibly rude! This is something beyond our control as it's Parent Pay related.
